LIFT is a podcast aimed to help emerging latina professional women in STEM to be successful in their career by giving listeners essentially an “audio book“ of podcast interviews containing pearls of wisdom or bright gems of insight from experienced career women, Senior STEM professionals, and C suite Latina career women. Episodes are outlined by guest introductions, then centered around their unique professional moments on the best advice they ever received in their career, discussing these key moments and any other in depth pivotal insight or reflections made along their career journey. Guest speakers also share any lessons they learned or mistakes they made along the way that they wish for others not to make.
We ask if there is any advice they believe would make others better, this could be sentimental advice or constructive if they wished.
